Itinerary
Day 1 Guwahati - Cherrapunjee
Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, our local representative will greet you and arrange a transfer to the hotel. From there, you will travel to Cherrapunji‎. En route, marvel at the breathtaking man-made reservoir, Umiam Lake (Borapani). Explore the scenic wonders of Wei Sawdong Falls and Nohkalikai Falls. If time allows, visit the fascinating Mawsmai cave. Later, check into the hotel for an overnight stay in Cherrapunjee.
Day 2 Cherrapunjee - Nongriat Trek-Cherrapunjee
After breakfast, head to Tyrna village. Embark on a trek to the Double Decker Root Bridge (Nongriat) accompanied by a local guide. Optionally, extend your hike to Rainbow Falls for an additional cost. Climb the 3000 steps and conclude the hike back at the village by evening. Enjoy an overnight stay in Cherrapunjee.
Day 3 Cherrapunjee - Dawki - Shillong
Indulge in a delicious breakfast and then proceed to Dawki island situated in the Umangot River. Engage in various adventure activities such as kayaking, boating, zip-lining, etc., on your own at this scenic spot. After immersing yourself in the tranquility of the place, return to Shillong. Enjoy an overnight stay in Shillong.
Day 4 End of The Trip
After a delightful breakfast, you will be dropped off at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station as per your schedule. If time allows, enjoy a complimentary visit to the Kamakhya Temple. Wishing you a safe and pleasant journey back to your hometown. Safe travels!
